Our team of experts has developed the Servingness framework, which centers around serving historically underserved students in computing to support you in the transition to UCSC as a transfer student. The UCSC Computing Servingness program recognizes the unique challenges transfer students face. That's why we've designed a student-centered program tailored to you! The program is open to students who are interested in the following computing majors:

Fully-Funded Summer Early-Starter Computing Program: Kickstart your academic journey with our summer program during your first year as a transfer student at UCSC by meeting with faculty and learning about different upper-division Computing research areas at no cost to you.
Year-Round Academic and Professional Support: As a student in the UCSC Computing Servingness program, you will join a cohort of students supported with great learning experiences.
Workshops and Support System for Graduation: Our series of workshops and support systems are geared towards guiding you to graduation and, ultimately, a rewarding career in the technology industry or further studies in graduate school.
