STEM Internships

Foothill College has internships with STEM research institutes and companies.

To apply:
1) Login to myPortal
2) Click on "Apps"
3) In the Student section, click on "Academic Works"
4) Pull down the "Opportunities" menu and choose "Ours"
5) Find the "Foothill STEM Internship Scholarship" and click on it
6) If you meet the criteria, scroll down to the bottom right corner of the page and click on "General Application"
7) Complete the application and click "Finish and Submit"
You will be notified on April 10 about next steps.

New Report on California Community Colleges

Survey of almost 40,000 students reports that:
• 50% of respondents were food insecure in the prior 30 days,
• 60 of respondents were housing insecure in the previous year,
• 19% of respondents were homeless in the previous year.
