Learn Quantum Computing at Foothill

CS 83A: Theory of Quantum Computing 1
Because of a successful and fully attended Fall pilot, Foothill will be repeating C S 83A (THEORY OF QUANTUM COMPUTING I) in Winter 2016. This comprehensive introduction to the fascinating field of Quantum Information and Computing is an ideal synthesis of mathematics, physics and computer science yet is accessible to students who have had only one or two courses in calculus and computer science. [Large Winter enrollments in core computer science classes resulted in adjustments to professor Loceff's teaching assignments and the cancellation of CS 83A for Winter.  He will try to offer it Spring quarter.  Check back in March.]
