Microsoft Hosts Career Event for 18-24 year olds

If you are 18-24 years old and are currently enrolled in a college, you are invited to attend Microsoft's YouthSpark Live event on Friday, May 8th at our Mountain View campus. 

YouthSpark is Microsoft's global initiative to connect 300 million youth around the world with education, entrepreneurship, and employment opportunities. This event will be an engaging, interactive, and fun-filled day complete with resources and workshops catered to helping guide you to your future career.

Who: Currently enrolled college students, ages 18-24
When: Friday, May 8th from 8:30am to 3:30pm (breakfast and lunch will be provided!)
Where: Microsoft, 1065 La Avenida, Mountain View, CA 94043
How: Register here. Space is limited. Dress will be business casual. Bring a copy of your resume to edit during our resume workshop.

Apply to a Spring NASA Program

NASA is currently seeking community college STEM majors for its Spring NCAS program!  NCAS participants interact with NASA scientists and engineers, web-based activities and a three-day onsite experience at a regional NASA Center.  
Students who meet the following criteria should apply by the June 24th deadline!:
  • U.S. citizen OR Lawful Permanent Resident (CA students only)
  • High school graduate and at least 18 years of age
  • Must be a registered community college student (at the time of application, and during Fall 2015)
  • Concurrent enrollment or completion of 9+ hours of STEM coursework (can be any courses)
  • Able to commit to a 5 week online session and a four-day onsite experience at a NASA Center
  • Internet access

* Travel, housing, and meals will be paid by NASA for the four-day experience.
