Internships during a pandemic? Yes!

Now is the time to find a summer internship. Here are a couple of websites that aggregate internships available from various companies:

aftercollege.com
indeed.com
https://www.wayup.com/s/internships/

It is also necessary to look at the website of a particular company that you are interested in. For example, you can find an Apple internship here:
https://jobs.apple.com/en-us/search?team=Internships-STDNT-INTRN

Intel in Santa Clara has internships:
https://jobs.intel.com/page/show/internships

Microsoft in Mountain View:
https://microsoft.jobmount.net/job-5d4c16b424543f157d001f02-internship-opportunities-for-students-software-engineering-program-management-sunnyvale-california

What employers want to see is:
1) Good communication skills,
2) Passion for their company and the work they do,
3) Samples of work you have done, including school projects.
