iD Tech is a STEM focussed summer educational program that is looking to fill over 1400 summer positions with computer science students. They’re looking for energetic, tech-savvy, summer staff who understand the need for quality technology education for young students. Two representative from LinkedIn will lead this hands-on workshop that covers the best ways to get profiles noticed, personal branding and how to leverage profiles and connections to help students get where they need to go.

Scholarship recipients receive $1400 per quarter for up to six quarters, have first choice of internships, and are paired with Foothill STEM faculty members in a one-to-one mentorship program.

This is a brand new club to support female STEM students by providing mentoring programs, networking connections, tips for STEM classes, professors, internships, or job opportunities. Students can also get motivated by STEM professional guest speakers/conferences, and get volunteer experience in STEM fields! All genders are welcome. Our first meeting will be held this Friday, October 9th from 11am to 12pm.
